• 1 cup, gluten free oats • 2 teaspoons cacao powder • 6 dates • 1 tsp spirulina • 1 cup, whole blanched almonds or cashews • 1/3 cup dried coconut • 1/4 cu maple syrup • 2tsp chia seeds • 1 tsp coconut oil • dark chocolate
Place gluten free oats in a blender and quickly blitz into a flour.
Add nuts and blitz.
Add all remaining ingredients until a sticky dough is formed.
Spoon into a bowl.
And place in the fridge until ready to roll and dip in the chocolate.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler, when smooth, take mixture out of fridge and roll into bite sized balls.
Dip into the chocolate and then place onto waxed paper to allow chocolate to set.
Keep fridge and enjoy at your leisure.
