I work with individuals and athletes of all ages & levels to help them understand the importance of good nutrition, with focus being on quality NOT quantity of food, the timing of food & how food impacts their performance, recovery & overall health.
I place a strong amount focus on the importance of gut health which is essential to how an athlete performs, recovers & makes those split-second decisions during a competition. If an athlete’s health is good, they will perform better, recover better - allowing them to reach their full potential or maintain a successful career. For the individual, gut health may lead to better body composition, energy, sleep and stress management.
