This program has been designed to help you gain an understanding of the effects of sugar on your health & wellbeing, that may impact performance, general heath and recovery

Is it time to ditch the sugar?

When you start the day with a bowl of cereal, in pretty much every case, you’re starting with a

bowl of sugar. Even those cereals we suppose should be ‘good for you’ featuring bran and fibre

are full of sugar. Breakfast cereals commonly aimed at children have the equivalent sugar

content of two and a half chocolate biscuits.

  • You consume certain foods even if you are not hungry because of cravings that you just cannot shift.

  • You worry about cutting down or removing certain foods that you enjoy.

  • You feel sluggish or fatigued (especially from overeating).

  • You need more and more of the foods you crave to experience any pleasure or reduce negative emotions.

Is one of the quickest ways to shift a few stubborn

pounds and feel more energised than ever. But I know from experience that it can feel hard

without the right information and support which is why I designed this online program.

Here’s the thing, knowing what to do is only part of the job. The magic lies in being coached

and supported to actually do the work.

Removing / Avoiding sugar may:

  • Improve your digestion – pivotal for gut health and to ensure that the body is absorbing nutrients effectively required for energy production and recovery of muscle tissue.

  • Enhance metabolism

  • Help with weight management

  • Decrease pain and inflammation

  • Improve functioning of the immune system

  • Increase energy

  • Improve performance and recovery

  • Improve decision making

  • Improve sleep
