performance and recovery.

What symptoms tell you it’s time to detox?

Everyone can benefit from a gentle detox program at least 2-3 times a year as part of  their self-care. But how do you know if you need a detox? If, you have not felt like yourself for a while, weeks, months, even years, despite attempts to improve your health, you may be the ideal candidate for one of my detoxification programs to start you on your health transformation journey.

  • Fatigue

  • Migraines

  • Joint or muscle pain

  • Gastrointestinal disturbances

  • Poor Memory, inability to concentrate

  • Sensitivities to what feels like everything (food, chemicals, environment).

  • Dehydration, nutrient deficiencies, medications that slow down the elimination process such as NSAIDs.

  • A heavily Western-based diet, this will be high in a range of chemicals, hormones, refined sugar, pesticides, trans fat, excess caffeine, alcohol, and artificial sweeteners.

  • Poor gut health. If your gut health is poor due to imbalances and you’re not having a bowel movement each day, toxins are being reabsorbed back into the body and wreaking havoc on your wellbeing.
